Property Maintenance is a premium module that enables a Landlord to provide the Tenant with details of all of the sub-contractors used by the Landlord to maintain the property, together with a method for maintenance problems to be reported and resolved.

The Utility Suppliers module enables Landlords to list all of the account reference and contact details for the suppliers of Gas, Electricity, Telephone, Broadband and Council Tax so that these can be accessed by a Tenant.

Inventory is a premium module that enables a Landlord to record details of all of the contents of a property, together with photographs and details of any damage to an item. A Landlord may also provide access to this information to an external Inventory Management company.

Features include:

Room by room description of contents.
Upload photographs, cost details, scanned image of invoice or any other pertinent information relating to each item.
Record replacement value for insurance purposes.
Prepare online Inventory lists at a particular point in time.
Allow access to Tenants to add comments and agree Inventory List at start and end of tenancy.
Link agreed Inventory List to Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
Provide Tenant with method of reporting any damage during the course of the tenancy.
Grant third-party Inventory Managers access to undertake all of the above on behalf of the Landlord.
