Inventory is a premium module that enables a Landlord to record details of all of the contents of a property, together with photographs and details of any damage to an item. A Landlord may also provide access to this information to an external Inventory Management company.

  • Upload photographs, cost details, scanned image of invoice or any other pertinent information relating to each item.
  • Record replacement value for insurance purposes.
  • Prepare online Inventory lists at a particular point in time.
  • Allow access to Tenants to add comments and agree Inventory List at start and end of tenancy.
  • Link agreed Inventory List to Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
  • Provide Tenant with method of reporting any damage during the course of the tenancy.
